production & shipping
JEWELRY
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care, requiring 5–10 working days for production. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your item is shipped. We appreciate your patience and support, allowing us to create timeless, high-quality designs for you to love and cherish.

For "Archive Selection", the production time will be determined based on your location. For "Sculptures On Request", the production time will be determined during the project planning phase.
jewelry material & care
The material used for our jewelry is 925 sterling silver, which means it’s made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, the highest quality for bendable jewelry. To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend keeping it dry, storing it in a cotton pouch bag (provided within your order), keeping it away from chemicals, and cleaning and polishing it as needed. We always provide a cotton pouch bag and a polishing cloth within your order. Ensuring you're equipped to take care of your item.
Clean your silver earrings with a few simple steps:
- Gently rub the earrings with the soft, non-abrasive, and lint-free cloth or chamois to remove surface dirt and oils.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a clean cloth.
- To prevent future tarnish, store your silver earrings in a dark, cool place and avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or moisture. Regular, gentle cleaning will help keep your silver earrings looking their best.
We recommend a gentle polishing every few weeks to a couple of months, depending on how often you wear your jewelry. Pieces that are worn less frequently only need to be polished a few times a year. The key to maintaining is to keep them away from chemicals and store them properly.

JEWELRY
All our jewelry is handmade and made to order, which means we don't accept returns or refunds. However, we do offer store credit if you'd like to exchange your item for another product of equal value. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you experience any other issues with your item after this period, make sure to check your "material care" folder provided with your order or reach out to us for further questions. We’re here to help and work together to find solutions.

Each ceramic piece is crafted by hand with care and attention. For this reason, all sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns. However, if your piece arrives with damage, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.
